Community Behavior and Safety: Summer is almost here! It is important for our students to be safe and make good decisions in the neighborhood. Some examples include: use crosswalks and follow safety signs; be aware of your surroundings - in parking lots be mindful of cars, in parks and at the beach be respectful of the people around you; wear a helmet when riding a bike, scooter or skateboard; learn several ways to say no to your friends when someone suggests risky behavior. We want you back next school year healthy and safe! Take care!

Textbook Return: Students will be returning their textbooks to campus next week. Onsite Learners bring their books to school on the following schedule: Tuesday, June 8 - 8th Grade; Wednesday, June 9 - 7th Grade; Thursday, June 10 - 6th Grade. Students will return their books to the media center with their Period 1 teacher. Our Online Learners are scheduled to drop their books off on Wednesday, June 9, from 1:30 - 4:30 in the parking lot loop. Please contact Sally Kaufman if you have questions or concerns.

8th Grade Promotion: This year, 8th grade promotion will be both drive/walk thru and video. It is similar to the event we held last year but a bit more special. The decision to do this type of ceremony was difficult but ALL students can participate and ALL family members can attend or view the ceremony. Students and families are invited to campus on Friday, June 11 from 10:00am-1:00pm with a scheduled time. Students will receive their promotion certificate while walking across a stage or driving through the parking lot loop. There will be student and family photo opportunities and maybe a few surprises. On the last day of school (6/15) a promotion video will be posted in the 8th grade Google classroom (code: ye7mfi7) with student and administrative speeches, teacher remarks and most importantly, our students. Click here for more information
