LCFF (Local Control Funding Formula) form

Your child’s school needs this information to help ensure it receives all the state funding it is entitled to.

• It will not affect your child receiving free meals at this school.

•  This information is private and will not be used for any other purposes.

•  The LCFF Form is accessible in the PowerSchool Parent Portal for all SDUSD schools.

•  Parents must use their own portal accounts to log in and submit the LCFF Form. The form cannot be accessed when logged in with a student account.

•  Job aids are available in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese to help parents complete this from.
